Since the hair is separating under a microscope, the loss of the cut hair is equal to zero, and almost all the cut hair is transplanted and grafted, and since one, two, three, and four follicles can be grafted. The front of the head and the hairline can be carefully designed and implanted, and where more density is required, triple and quadruple grafts can be implanted. Therefore, control of thinning is in the hands of the hair transplant doctor and the intensity of hair transplantation.

In the Viot method, we have sutures at the back of the hair removal site and a small suture remains behind the head, but if this surgery is performed by a surgeon or doctor familiar with the principles of surgery, then the scar line or suture will be very small and complete. FIT hair transplantation method.

In the fit method the hair is removed in the form of pills and through small punches, and in this method we have no surgery and suture line, and this is the biggest advantage of the fit method. At the site of each punch, a small scar as a small white spot remains completely hidden under the hair and practically nothing can be seen.

The recovery period from the appropriate operation is shorter than the surgical method, and the patient returns to work sooner. The postoperative pain of the fitting method is less than the later method and the patient sleeps more easily, especially the first night. The technique of performing a seizure is easier than the surgical method, and unfortunately in many places technicians not associated with medical affairs perform this procedure in an unauthorized and completely unhealthy way.

In the appropriate manner, the entire head must be shaved to obtain healthy hair. The principle of proper hair removal is from the back of the head, but removing body hair, including chest, back, beard and pubic area, is also done by the method of convenience, which includes very few cases and should not be recommended for every disease.

Combination method in hair transplantation

The combined method of hair transplantation is currently the best and most complete method for hair removal and transplantation in major baldness. In this method, both future and operational processes are performed in one head and in one step, and the whole process is performed in a day or two. Usually, the hair that is removed by the foot method is implanted at the front of the head to obtain more thinness and better density, then some hair is removed in an appropriate manner to compensate for the lack of hair that has not been compensated by the method of the foot by the convenience. To get this hair fit, it is usually implanted at the back of the head.

The combined method is the most complete method of hair transplantation at present, and it has all the advantages and disadvantages of both futuristic and fit methods, that is, it gives more hair, creates more density, grows more space, and in contrast, the line there are stitches, both hair must be cut And there is a little pain the first night. But in general, if someone is severely bald and wants to do most of their work in one step, they should do the combined method. If a person has a lot of baldness and has problems shaving the hair or creating a suture line, then the combined method should not be used.
